Illustrated for Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Chicago, based on stories from their community organizing group, A Just Chi. Individuals from A Just Chi highlighted their favorite spirits, monsters, ghosts, and demigods. I chose to illustrate beings that embody many of Advancing Justice’s community values and illustrated them in my own style.
